01 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using the rx5700xt platform in any manner, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. This agreement is effective from the moment you first access rx5700xt.one or create an rx5700xt account, whichever occurs first.

These Terms apply to all users of the rx5700xt platform, including players who browse without registering, registered account holders, and any person who accesses the platform through any device or browser. Your continued use of rx5700xt following any modification to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

02 Eligibility & Age Requirements

rx5700xt reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in account suspension or permanent closure, and any winnings accrued during the period of non-compliance may be forfeited.

03 Account Registration & Security

To access the full range of rx5700xt services, you must create a personal account. Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) active account on the rx5700xt platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein.

When registering your rx5700xt account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your legal name, Philippine mobile number, and date of birth.
• Maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate and complete at all times.
• Keep your login credentials — including your password and any one-time passwords (OTPs) — strictly confidential and not share them with any third party.
• Notify rx5700xt immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your account.
• Accept full responsibility for all activities that occur under your account, whether or not authorized by you.

rx5700xt implements industry-standard security measures including SSL encryption and two-factor authentication (2FA) to protect your account. However, you are responsible for maintaining the security of your own device and login credentials. rx5700xt shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with these security obligations.

Know Your Customer (KYC): In compliance with PAGCOR regulations and applicable anti-money laundering laws in the Philippines, rx5700xt is required to verify the identity of all players before processing withdrawals. You will be required to submit a valid government-issued Philippine ID (such as a PhilSys ID, passport, driver's license, or SSS/GSIS card) as part of the KYC process. Failure to complete KYC verification will result in withdrawal restrictions.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

rx5700xt supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals by Philippine-based players: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱).

Deposits: Deposits made via GCash and PayMaya are credited to your rx5700xt account instantly. Bank transfers via BPI, BDO, and Metrobank are typically processed within minutes during banking hours. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed on the deposit page within your account dashboard.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must have completed KYC identity verification before any withdrawal can be processed.
• Withdrawals to GCash and PayMaya for verified accounts are processed in under five (5) minutes under normal operating conditions.
• Bank transfers to BPI, BDO, and Metrobank are processed within one (1) to three (3) business days.

• rx5700xt reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on withdrawal requests, which may temporarily delay processing.
• Withdrawals may only be made to payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.

rx5700xt does not charge fees for standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may impose their own transaction fees, for which rx5700xt bears no responsibility.

05 Bonuses & Promotions

rx5700xt offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements, which will be clearly stated at the time the offer is presented. General conditions applicable to all rx5700xt bonuses include:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. rx5700xt reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
• Each bonus offer may only be claimed once per player, per household, per device, and per IP address, unless otherwise stated.

06 Gameplay Rules & Fair Play

All games available on the rx5700xt platform — including slots, live dealer games, crash games, bingo, and sports betting — are governed by individual game rules displayed within each game interface. By participating in any game, you agree to abide by the applicable game rules.

rx5700xt is committed to fair play. Casino games use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure that all outcomes are random and unbiased. 07 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the rx5700xt platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Registering or using the platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Creating or operating more than one account on the rx5700xt platform.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Using any software, bot, script, or automated system to interact with the platform.

08 Intellectual Property

All content on the rx5700xt platform — including but not limited to the rx5700xt brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, game interfaces, software, and all other materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of rx5700xt or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the rx5700xt platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any rx5700xt content without our prior written consent.

09 Privacy & Data Protection

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, rx5700xt, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the rx5700xt platform.

Without limiting the foregoing, rx5700xt shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of funds resulting from unauthorized access to your account due to your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the platform due to technical issues, maintenance, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
• Any loss or damage arising from your reliance on information or content provided on the platform.
• Any gambling losses incurred through your use of the rx5700xt platform. Gambling involves risk, and you accept full responsibility for your wagering decisions.
• Any delays in deposit or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers, including GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, or Metrobank.

The rx5700xt platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the platform's fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted availability, or freedom from errors. In jurisdictions where limitations on implied warranties are not permitted, some of the above limitations may not apply to you.

11 Account Termination & Suspension

rx5700xt reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder.
• A court order, regulatory directive, or instruction from PAGCOR or any other competent authority.
• Inactivity for a period exceeding twelve (12) consecutive months.

Upon account closure for reasons other than fraud or breach of these Terms, any remaining real-money balance in your account (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of KYC verification.

12 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. In the event of any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the rx5700xt platform, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation. If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Makati City, Metro Manila, Philippines. You irrevocably consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts and waive any objection to the laying of venue in such courts.

13 Amendments to These Terms

rx5700xt reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page and, where practicable, notify registered players via their registered contact information.

Your continued use of the rx5700xt platform after any amendments have been posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must stop using the platform and may request account closure by contacting our support team.
